Could you advice some place similair to Kuta?

Greetings surfers!

For the second time I ask the forum for advice I am a newbie surfer, I surfed for two times in Kuta, Bali and in Rio, Brasil. Both experiences were totally exciting!

What I want to find is some surf spots for beginners combined with decent nightlife. I have found these combination in Rio and Kuta, could you please recommend me some other places?

Jaffa, life is too short to go to one place all the time

The Philipines , but I think the night life left over from the time of the Vietnam war is ways away from the surf spots.

There is surf and strange nightlife in Japan, or hit Hawaii, or the Caribean islands.
Not sure what works for you out of Moscow

Lot's of uncrowded breaks around Vladivostok and the Kuriles but only Siberian nightlife.

There might be some Argentinian night life and surf in proximity to each other.

Caribean islands, Salvador de Bahia in Brasil and Argentina along with Peru are my points of interest. Know not much of them all.

Japan expensive and hard to get visa, unfortunately.
