Costa Del Sol - Surfing

Just got back from a weekend away on the Costa del sol, (Estepona spain)

Yesterday there were 2 - 4 foot clean waves rolling in? was gutted i never had my board, I didnt even think the med got waves????

Was woundering how consistent the area is and if any one has got any info on surfing spots etc. (Marbayer area)

The Mediterranean does get surfable waves, but it it very rare. You must have been lucky (too bad you didn't bring a board). This is however the start of the best season there.

I'm going a bit further up north for Christmas, I might bring a board, but it's probably going to be for no good.

So, as for how consistant it is, I'd give it a one on a scale to six.
