KIA ORA!!

Hi everybody!!

I'm Dani, italian boy living in New Zealand. Here I want to enter into the fascinating world of surf!!!
I'm searching for a board, and I have a question just about that..... I found a very cheap offert of a board of 186 cm, I am 1,76 x 70 kg....is it too small?? I don't know anything about stile and really I don't mind, just want to learn and have fun!!!

Welcome to Surfing Waves.

To answer your question - that board is way too small. Look around on the site - there's tons of information. Bigger is better for your first board.

DBBB is right, this board is too small. Look for one that is 60+ cms longer.
Also, when surfboard measurements are discussed, imperial (feet & inches) units are normally used. I had to check how long a 186cm board was. I did offer you a measurement in cms though :-D

Where in New Zealand will you be surfing? There are some great spots here
