Stripped Future Screw? What to do?

Help! brand new board with future fins, going to Indo in one week. One of the screw heads has stripped (first time I have tried to take the fins off) I have tried an oversize key, it doesn't fit. I have tried crazy glue, it just snapped. If I put anymore in it would stick the screw. Short of replacing the entire box, on a baord I have yet to ding what can I do?
