foam board repair

I have a foam surfboard that I like to take out when the waves get even crappier than normal. But it has this bubble on the top of it. I have surfed it since a bunch and its just a bit annoying. Any ides on how to fix this? The bubble is probably 6" wide and 10" long. Thanks dudes
