New board ding already.

New board ding already.

Just bought a new 7' 3" composite surfboard, made from EPS Styrofoam, vacuum laminated with PV (poly vinyl),epoxy and glass laminated. Took it out for a go today, it was calm enough out there. had a look at it after and there appears to be a slight hollow on the top surface just about where you place you're feet. This area is slightlly discoloured, hairlined cracked and appears damp..
Being a beginner i took it fairly handy out there and didn't get it knocked around at all.
Should this happen to a brand new board and what do ye reckon i should do with it. Have i been sold a dud.

Either that or you got a horrid board, in which case, nothing you can do about it.
