Fourth Surfboards Whats the Deal?

I bought a 6'4" fourth teardrop off the shelf thr' msw about 8 months ago. I've used it in 2' to 6' conditions, n deven coast mostly at croyde beach and reef. i'm 6'2" 85kg's and many late drops with less than perfect foot placement have only put small pressure dings on the deck, so i say the build quality's as good as you can find anywhere. reason i'm so late with my comment on this forum is that i wanted to find out what other surfers were saying about fourth, and after finding these posts i had to put my view down. Bill,i like your shape- it works well and i love it. I have quad 7's setup and have to agree it flies, holds it's line, and doesn't flinch on my rail drops. Not wanting to get into an arguement of some sort, but could you (surfordie77) just give us an brief description as to what you do. you obviously have a problem with the current surf industry so a bit of background might show a glimpse of why you are so rude and have to rely on swearing and not apologising for simple misunderstandings? it just seems like you are far too happy to go out all guns blazing, but then when it turns around and bites you in the backside your not man enough to just say. whoops, sorry. i got that wrong. i imagine you are the sort of guy that steals peoples waves and then has a go at them for cutting you up! just an assumption. but if im wrong, im more than happy to say sorry.

I've having a Google for a new board I found out some more.

To add to the conversation Fourth have now brought on board (excuse the pun) another shaper by the name of Luke Hart to sand and gloss a signature line of new shapes. He brought with him Alan Stokes, Mitch Corbett and few other ripper guys and has a whole bunch of new designs.

...to be completely transparent we've imported a small amount of boards this spring when we've not been able to keep up with demand, and epoxy sandwich boards that just can't be made in the UK for a price anyone is prepared to pay...

Please confirm the Chilly Bean or Speed Fish (as some of the highest rated boards of Fourth!) are NOT outsourced (CNC shaped/molded - as mungo says), but really handcrafted in your facilities in Wadebridge. That might put my fears down as far as the value those boards deliver is concerned... I am really confused by the viral around this thread and I would really appreciate a clear picture... Thanks!
