Oneill Mutant 5/4 for Northern California?

I just picked up a Oneill Mutant 5/4 wetsuit from Amazon for $164. I was looking for a 4/3, but my size in the Mutant was more than 50% off so I couldn't resist. Will this be too restrictive or too warm for the waters here in Northern California? Anyone have experience with this suit? Thanks

People wear a 4/3 in SoCal for the winter sometimes, I still wear my 3/2 because I can't afford 2 wetsuits, lol. Stepping it up to 5/4 should be fine for NorCal, but I'm not sure if it will be too hot for summer. Once you get it, try it on and then see if it restricts you at all. If it is too hot for summer, you can always use it in the winter only and get a 4/3 also.

You'll be toastie, thought you would have been ok even in the winter with a 3/2!!
