wetsuit for use in cold water (between 4-14 celsius degrees)

Hi, I live in Stavanger, on the west-cost of Norway.
I am thinking about buying a winter wetsuit for temperatures between 4 og 14 celsius degrees. :surfing:
The problem is that i have no idea which wetsuit to buy.
I have been recomended the c-skins 6-4 wired, or the 5-4 wired.
and i have heard that the RIP CURL suits are quite good, but i dont know which of the models.

please help me :D

I'd go for something with a built in hood like the Xcel infinity drylock hooded 5/4/3. C-skins are ok but not the best.

i was considering the Xcel Infinity Drylock Hooded 5/4/3 but wondered how much of a diference there was between that and the non drylock suit. That one is 6/4/3!

also, what about the ripcurl e3 f-bomb?

which is better - Xcel or Ripcurl??

oh, so many choices!

I live in Stavanger too, and use a billabong solution 5/4/3. Have not used it yet in the depths of winter, but up until now its been good :)

Having a built in hood is not a necessity, but you will definitely need to get one if you go for a suit without one, after all, when it starts to get warmer again you will still need the suit but not the hood, i think its nice to have the choice.

I have heard good things about all of them, i guess its just down to preference. But anything in a 5/4 and up and you should be doing fine. Important thing is to make sure its a snug fit.

You probably already know this yourself, but if your looking around i know Triplehead in Stavanger have Xcel and Quiksilver suits, Session have the Ripcurl suits, and SurfSentrum have C-skins

Hope that helps you out
