NZ Puffa Fush.

Anyone heard of these NZ made Puffa Fush, I am looking to buy one but i cant seem to find any info on them.

Don't know why you can't find the information , but if this is the way you want to go, go the biggest in this series.

I could find that sort of info about them, but I just couldn't find any comments on the quality of the board. Any way thanks for your advice again.
Also its me and friend going into surfing, we've been wave skiing for about a year and decided it's time to move on. He reckons he can get a good second hand deal on a 6'6 NSP fish or a 6'8 NSP funboard, hes 14 5'7 and around 50 kgs. Which would you recommend?

Let your mate get the fish, and you go and get a decent sized mini-mal and see who progresses the fastest and has the most fun.

I' m guessing you are the same age what height and weight are you? Oops you told me in the other post,

Think the 6' 10" puffa fush or the 7' 10" with your weight.
Judging by the site I think they could be Ok why not give them a phone call.

Go the bigger board as suggested, but if you are around 14 then you can learn on anything just shorter is harder more frustrating, I think more about what can give me fast progress then shortness.

Whatever have fun doing it!

Thanks mate you've been a great help, I just got a 9 foot 1980's longboard for 10 bucks off my uncle. Will give that a good beating before I go brand new. Again thanks.

That's great, when you learn to ride and can ride anything you'll be a smorgasboarder :lol:

What that means is you an ride a longboard when the surf is too small for a short board and go short when you want a different sort of ride.
Any surf will be an opportunity for you. :lol:

HEYA Yea greaT BOARDS I have a few barrons i live where he shapes them and you wont be upset with the puffa fush good learning stick to learn on and we need to support shapers in christchurch new zealand after our bad earthquakes,he is stoked that you posted on here. cheers

Boards from the city that rattles ( Christchurch) across to the "Mainland" and to a town that Russells.

Didn't get surf in Christchurch Sumner and Taylors had nothing when I was there last ( left 3 weeks before the first quake, but got to Mangamaunu and had a great surf, then Kaikoura kai of Lobster , fresh crusty bread and organic butter along with a Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc at a caravan selling freshly cooked lobster.

One happy Pakeha couple what a nice curvaceous wave bending into the bay. Probably the most scenic spot I've surfed.
memorable moment, goods train , semitrailer and surfer all coming around the bend in the coast together.

Wanted a photo of that, didn't happen.

Hadn't been to NZed since my Rugby days. South Island this trip next north Island

I've got a Barron, had it shaped when I was in Christchurch a few years back. Thinking about it, it's getting on for 10 years now :shock:

. So many good waves around Chch, the Banks Peninsular and north to Kaikoura. Fond memories.
