Posting photos

HI

can anyone help me i would like to upload some images to a post on here but it always says invalid file type so would just like to know what file type it accepts

Just had a quick look and the following are allowed, so should be ok:
gif, jpeg, jpg png, tga, tif, tiff

What are you uploading?
Feel free to send me one of the images that do not work - I'll have a test.

Hey

As surf patrol already said you need to make sure you use: gif. jpeg. jpg png. tga. tif. tiff.
When you upload just a photo from the internet: click Img and include the whole web address!!.
When you upload just a photo from your database: click URL and make sure you again include the whole address
When you upload just an avatar make sure: Maximum dimensions; width: 120 pixels, height: 120 pixels, file size: 24.41 KiB.

Step 4: BY THE WAY: STEP FOUR IS JUST COPYING THE DIRECT LINK, BUT YOU NEED TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT FOR THE DIRECT LINK (CREATING AN ACCOUNT IS FOR FREE)
