The problem was that I tried to add my local break, but it never got added to the list...

Could you give me more details - what did you do? what happened? did you get any errors? Were you using IE / Firefox.
Please provide as much detail as possible.

Yeah I tried to add mine and it didn't add either!
Using firefox. No error notices.

this should be properly fixed now.
