9'-1" surftech Tolhurst

i'm 6' 3" tall, 200lbs and surf mostly in santa cruz/capitola. i've got the basics down and am looking for a board to take me to the next level. i learned on a single fin, 9'-6" oneill/pearson. i'm considering a tri-fin, 9'-1" surftech/tolhurst. seems like this board is geared for bigger, faster surf. the guy selling it knows nothing about surfing, so i figured i'd ask the masters. thanks in advance for your help....and apologies in advance if this is a redundant thread.
