performance longboarding

hi,
can anyone give me some tips for performance longboarding, eg tips on how to do top turns on a performance longboard, stiff like that.

Where to start? Here's a quickie... A lot of people find it difficult to figure out how to initiate a helicoptor after they have gottten to the nose. The key is to stick both hands into the wave-face, up to the wrist. This releases the fins and starts the tail spinning. The rest should be pretty straightforward.

Now where's the "both" button on the vote? Us aussies aren't gonna get nailed down to just one or the other...
