Cheap is not necessarily the way to go but if you are learning and finding out if you want to surf then maybe cheap or second hand is.

So? Your computer, DVD player, TV, smartphone, digital camera and iPad were made in China; does that mean they're all worthless trash?
Sorry, don't mean to be harsh, but this automatic China-bashing isn't always justified, loss of American jobs notwithstanding. Most products made in China are American, made to strict specifications in Chinese factories. That doesn't mean they're "Chinese."
It would be much more helpful if this kind of response could be more specific, instead of the same, tired old "it's made overseas, so it's garbage." So what specifically are you referring to? Does the tail slip in turns? Does it ding too easily? Is it stiff or heavy? You get my drift...
