Need Help with a new Board

Im a begginer surfer and took a few lesson down at a local surf shop only a few streets away from my house. I live down jersey shore near Atlantic City. So i need a beginners longboard that is good for the east coast waves. Also all the fins and what not. Im not too experienced yet of course so i need some help. Any advice?
