longboarding site for boscombe/bournemouth

does anyone know the best way to promote a new longboard site for boscombe/bournemouth etc? Its not out to compete with anyone because its so specific with its theme, jus a kinda meeting place for locals to upload photos etc.

I havnt mentioned the address as i dont wanna be seen as spamming? Is this right?
