6'3 Al Merrick

Hey guys I'm looking at picking up this 6'3 x 19.5 x 2.5 and was wondering because of my current wave situation if you guys have any "learned the hard way" type stuff to help me out a little bit..I surf a racey beach-break I guess you call it that is often hollow and clean. I'm 6'1 178lbs and my current board is only holding me back because of the nature of this wave. any help is appreciated thanks a lot!

I can't tell what you are asking for, do you have a bigger board and are considering getting a 6'3 board? If so, I'm 200lbs and surf a 6'5 x 19.5 x 2.5 shortie. I have a smaller hybrid and disc, but my hollow surf board is my 6'5. Sounds like 6'3 is spot on.
