5'11 Stretch or 5'10 neptune surfboard?

Im 5'8 145 and Im stuck between purchasing two boards both in the same price range and fairly new. Would you recommend me on a 5'11x18 1/4x 2 3/16 stretch...or 5'10x18 1/4x2 1/8 neptune (local shaper)

if it was me, i would take the 5'10, but im 5'4 and 133 lbs.
