wanted, old retro board

im looking for an old surfboard, pre 1990s, something big chunky with big rails and over 6ft. i dont want a completely knackerd board that needs hundreds of pounds being spent on it, im looking for something that might need a ding of two fixing but nothing more. something in the south coast area would be best, but i might be able to drive to pick it up, but nothing up north.

Hi there - dunno if you've found what you're looking for but one of the lads i surf with has a vintage Martin Richard 8 footer he might be looking to sell. Not sure how best to describe it but i's a cross between a mal and a gun in that it's pin tailed and has a similar if wider nose. He'll want a few quid for it mind coz it really is a collectible board but i can have a word if you're interested. I'll get some photo's also if you are - it's at Roger Coopers at the moment having a ding repaired.
