Beach break that breaks both sides of the pier. Sandy bottom so nice wave for beginners. Gets really busy so watch what you are doing. Locals are friendly. Starts breaking on a small swell and never really gets that big without closing out.
How to get there Access & Parking Info / CostThere is a parking lot next to the pier which fills up pretty quickly. Park in the Cocoa Beach Surf Company parking garage. There's always parking there. It's right across the street from Ron Jon. Where to Stay I sleep on the beach:) Otherwise Cocoa Beach Surf Company has a really nice hotel right in the store. Equipment Hire CBSC and Ron Jon both rent a lot of boards. Surf Schools CBCS and Ron Jon both have lessons. When its Flat? It sucks.
