Guatemala is one of the countries in Central America featuured on our surf map. It is bordered by surf mecca Mexico to the north and west, the swell machine Pacific Ocean to the southwest, Belize to the northeast, the Caribbean to the east, and Honduras and El Salvador to the southeast. It's capital, and largest city, is Guatemala City. It's population is approaching 13.5 million and it's currency is the Quetzal.
