Here the beach break is very similar to Playa Carmen, a popular beach in the area, but peakier and with hollow barrels. It works on both high and low tide and in all swell sizes. Best conditions on west/southwest swell. Santa Teresa has a longer beach and, with a good swell, many different spots start to peak including La Lora and Roca Mar.
How to get there The break is on the Nicoya Peninsulain near the lively town of Santa Teresa.
