General Description
Point break popular with locals. Man-made rock jetty juts out into the sea from the rivermouth. Rip next to jetty is the paddle route out. The only decent surf spot in town but never gets really crowded. Friendly locals. Nice sunsets over the ocean.

Head down Morgan Street in the suburb of Castlecliff, just after the Whiskas factory on Bryce Street.
