Can get pretty choppy,but on good days, youll find great beginner waves at the front and further out , there are atleast 3 metre waves. Not always, but usually.

There arent any hotels or anything in Muizenberg, but if you move a little along the coast and get to Kalk Bay ( a 5 minute walk away) there are many hotels and guest houses.Equipment Hire

Well one things for sure, it will almost NEVER be flat. But if that arrises, then again, a 5 minute walk will take you to Kalk Bay where there are things to do.
