It catches any swell on offer and can will often have a wave even if other spots along the coast are flat. How to get there You can surf all along the from, the busiest area (and often with the best waves) is around the pier. Head along Pacific Highway and look for the spray. There are several options for parking: all day (around $10-15) in the main lots, hourly (in the lot off of 6th street), or at the meters along PCH and the streets perpendicular to the beach.
