Surf Spot Details

Wave Quality Rating 3 Type of Wave Beach break Direction of Wave Right Bottom Sand Difficulty Beginners Crowd Level Can Get Busy Hazards Sharks General Description Taken from www.southcoastsurfers.com with permission: After Bournemouth this is the second most popular spot, therefore gets very crowded when solid. However, with the artificial reef to be installed in summer 08 it will be likely to overtake Bournemouth Pier. At the moment there is a good wave to be had although a slightly shorter ride than Bournemouth, for both long and shortboarders. This spot will be likely to become an epic surfing hotspot in years to come once the reef has been installed. Average size swell, can get crowded. A fun wave. Good vibe.
