O'Neill Wetsuit Repair Cement This O'Neill Wetsuit Cement comes in a four ounce can, with a brush in the cap. This is the real thing, a thick goopy black substance that's designed to fix tears and holes in neoprene. Directions: Shake well before using. Apply cement on both edges of damaged area with applicator brush. Allow first coat to dry for 5 minutes. Apply second coat and allow to dry for 10 minutes. Press together firmly for long lasting repairs. Make sure you keep a window open!
