Featuring a super stretch neoprene laminated between a tightly woven, water repellent, nylon-spandex exterior, and a Poly Fleece interior. Liquid stretch tape allows zero water penetration, along with the internal zipper barrier to prevent flushing. And if that wasnt enough, the VAPOR incorporates an innovative, five panel design that maximizes stretch by reducing the amount of seams. Attached hood covers the chin and has a visor.
