Oneills Area 52 team has been busy overhauling The Psycho 2 into this next generation suit. The Psycho 3 has been updated to utilize Oneills Technobutter neoprene that is 17% lighter and absorbs 30% less water than conventional neoprenes, as well as being quick drying. Combine this with the XDS-Air Firewall, which is ultra stretchy and lined with Oneills water-wicking jersey and you have a high performance and unbelievably warm suit. This is then constructed with Stitchless Double Super Seam Welds; a new narrower silicone-based urethane seal that is applied to both sides of a triple glued (stitch-free) seam, which is 60% thinner and lighter than normal Liquid Taped Seams. Expert Advice The Psycho 3 has a lot to live up to after the highly esteemed reputation of the Psycho 2. However, we think Oneill have absolutely nailed it with the Psycho 3.
